Completed Sessions & Refunds

Your reading fee compensates me for the preparation, time, and personal attention devoted to your session, together with the spiritual insight and expertise I bring from 30 years of professional experience.

Once your phone or live chat reading has been provided, that time has been spent and the service has been delivered. Completed readings are nonrefundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. This includes dissatisfaction with the information received, disagreement with the interpretation, or an outcome unfolding differently than anticipated. No particular answer, prediction, or result is guaranteed.

For instruction and coaching, your fee covers the educational preparation, teaching time, discussion, and personal attention described in your selected service. Completed instruction and coaching are nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law. No particular level of skill or learning outcome is guaranteed.

If you have concerns about your session, please contact Missy so we can discuss them. Depending on the circumstances, I may offer store credit or a discount toward a future purchase at my discretion.

This policy does not remove any statutory consumer rights or rights available through your payment provider. It does not treat a service that was never delivered as a completed session.

Lady Mage Emporium offers personal spiritual readings and educational instruction. You must be at least 18 years old to book. Readings are for entertainment, personal reflection, and spiritual guidance. Instruction and coaching are educational services.

Readings offer spiritual interpretation, including questions about another person’s feelings or intentions when they relate directly to your situation. They do not establish verified facts about another person’s private thoughts or actions. Interpretations are not evidence of infidelity, wrongdoing, or any other event.

No particular answer, prediction, accuracy, timing, effectiveness, or outcome is guaranteed. Free will, personal choices, and changing circumstances can influence what happens next. Spiritual practices reflect personal beliefs and traditions; experiences vary.

Services are not a substitute for qualified medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. Please consult an appropriately licensed professional for matters requiring professional care or expertise. These sessions are not emergency services.

You remain responsible for your decisions and actions. Consider spiritual guidance alongside your own judgment, direct communication, and circumstances.

Your selected service describes what is included. Instruction is provided only where explicitly listed; physical items and spiritual work performed on your behalf are not part of these session bookings.

Nothing in these policies limits rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Booking, Cancellations & Session Delivery

Before booking, review the service description, appointment length, price in US dollars, delivery method, and any prerequisites. The linked Square listing shows current availability and the booking terms presented at checkout. Selecting a session on this website does not reserve an appointment or take payment.

For cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, and missed appointments, review the existing booking and cancellation policies (opens in a new tab) and the terms shown on Square before paying. Contact Missy if anything is unclear or inconsistent.

Phone sessions take place at the scheduled appointment time; Missy will call you. In-person appointments require advance approval after 2–3 previous phone sessions. Coaching also requires a previous Full Reading and a discussion with Missy before booking.

Live chat is a scheduled text conversation through Tawk to Missy (opens in a new tab). Missy confirms your booking and payment before beginning. Reading time includes interpretation, typing, and clarification. Opening the chat page does not itself start or pay for a session.
