Lady Mage Emporium is operated by Missy (Lady Mage). For questions about your information or a privacy request, email ladymage22@gmail.com.

Information for your reading

First names and birth dates are preferred for every session: yours, and those of anyone you are asking about in relation to your personal situation. They help Missy prepare your session and, when birth dates are provided, include astro-numerology. Birth dates are necessary for that component but are not required to book; a reading can proceed without it.

No other identifying information is needed for the reading itself. Please share only information you are entitled to provide and keep your questions relevant to your own situation. Do not send identity documents, account passwords, payment-card details, home addresses, or other unnecessary identifying information about another person.

Messages you send by email or chat may include personal circumstances and information about other people. Share only what you are comfortable sending through those services. Missy uses the information you provide to prepare and deliver your session, communicate with you, and address your requests.

Booking and payment through Square

Booking links open Square in a new tab. Square may request contact, appointment, and payment information to arrange your session, process a payment, and send booking communications. Missy uses the booking information available through Square to manage your appointment and confirm payment.

This landing page does not collect or store card details, submit a booking, or automatically transmit your reading questions or birth dates to Square. Review Square’s privacy information (opens in a new tab) for its handling of information.

Live chat and email

The live chat link opens Tawk to Missy (opens in a new tab). There is no embedded chat widget on this site. After opening that page, tawk.to handles the chat service and may process messages, transcripts, information you enter, and connection data such as IP address and device information. Missy can access the messages you send to her. Review tawk.to’s Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).

Email is handled by your email provider and Missy’s email service. Email and chat are not anonymous channels, and absolute confidentiality or security cannot be guaranteed. Please use Square’s payment flow for payment details.

Browsing, cookies, and external links

Your session selection stays in the page’s temporary memory and is cleared when you reload or leave. This site has no added advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, visitor forms, or marketing cookies.

The hosting provider may process connection and security information needed to serve and protect the site, including IP address, device or browser details, and access logs. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a connection to Google. These providers may apply their own privacy and security practices.

Links to Square, tawk.to, the main Lady Mage Emporium website, and other external pages take you to services with their own privacy notices and cookie practices. This notice covers this reading site; it does not replace those notices. Subscribing through the main website is a separate action.

Records and your choices

Booking records, correspondence, and chat transcripts may be retained to manage sessions, respond to concerns, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Retention also depends on the provider handling the information; this page does not automatically erase records held in Square, tawk.to, or email.

You can ask Missy about access to, correction of, or deletion of information she holds about you. Requests will be considered under applicable law and any recordkeeping obligations. Some information may need to be retained, and records controlled by another provider may require a request to that provider. Do not send additional sensitive information until it is needed to handle your request.
